# Carol Glover Coaching

> Carol Glover is an EMCC Senior Executive Coach, Mentor and Leadership Development Specialist based on the Isle of Man. She works with senior, technical and scientific leaders navigating the shift from expertise-led to identity-led leadership in an AI-disrupted world. She is the creator of the Brave New Leader® programme and the originator of Human Frontier Thinking.

Carol Glover is known as The Maverick Maker®. She has four decades of leadership experience across motorsport, retail, technology and professional services. She holds ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching, EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, and an Advanced Positive Psychology Post Graduate qualification.

Her core argument: AI is removing the scaffolding leaders have been leaning on — expertise, information advantage, the illusion that certainty equals competence. The leaders who thrive next will be those who lead from identity, not just knowledge.
